If you have one log-in per user, you will know exactly who did what, who made which amendments to the booking, and who added what and when. There are no limits to the amount of student records that can be entered into the system, which means that all the data remains there. In other words, no past records have to be scrapped or archived in order to make space for new records.

The system also supports multi-centres or multi-locations. If a school is running a separate annex, it can be added to the system at no extra cost. The system will then allow you to work on all or on separate centres in various functions within it, making it ideal for those who want to analyse how each centre is working individually but also giving you the opportunity to issue performance reports on the whole school / organisation as well.
